Matt Rinfret, a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the Canadian construction industry, will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer at Inflector. As COO, Matt will play a critical role in advancing operational efficiency and spearheading strategic initiatives. His extensive background includes a notable 17-year tenure with a major Canadian General Contractor where he oversaw operations and large-scale projects in the Ottawa and Montreal regions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Engineering) from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s in Engineering (Construction Management) from the University of British Columbia.
