Patrick Dobson - Chief Estimator, Eastern & Northern Ontario

Leading estimating efforts across Eastern and Northern Ontario, Pat is a cornerstone of Inflector’s success with nearly twodecades of experience in the construction industry. Joining Inflector in 2005, Pat began his career wearing both the estimator and project manager hats, spending eight years deeply involved in bidding, operations, scheduling, and execution. Having bid over 5,000 jobs and contributed to well over 1,000 completed projects, Pat has been part of the business through its most significant periods of growth, including spending several years in Toronto supporting division expansion. Notable projects Pat has contributed to include the Government Conference Centre in Ottawa, TTC infrastructure projects, and Brockville General Hospital.

Known for his collaborative approach and deep respect for the estimating team, Pat views his fellow estimators as family—sharing the same challenges, wins, and pride that come with delivering successful projects. He credits Inflector’s culture and people as what keeps him motivated, believing that tough work is made rewarding when done alongside a strong team.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys spending time at his cottage in Perth, fishing, staying active, watching movies, and relaxing with his 15-year-old dog, Molly. His dedication, experience, and team-first mindset make him a trusted leader and a valued member of the Inflector team.

Nolan Thomson - Chief Estimator, Toronto & GTA

As Chief Estimator in Toronto, Nolan has a key role in driving growth and operational excellence across the Greater Toronto Area. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), Nolan brings a disciplined engineering mindset and a resultsdriven approach to business development and project delivery. A proven self-starter, Nolan was instrumental in building Inflector GTA’s estimating framework, implementing standardized estimate worksheets that improved bid accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. In 2024, he also oversaw regional estimating operations for Donalco, a division of Inflector, ensuring alignment, consistency, and strategic support during a period of continued growth.

Nolan has contributed to several high-profile and complex projects across Toronto, including the Macdonald Block Reconstruction Project, TTC Queen’s Park and St. Patrick subway stations, and multiple Toronto District School Board projects. These projects required detailed estimating, coordination with public-sector stakeholders, and a strong understanding of safety, phasing, and operational constraints in active environments.

Through strong leadership and a strategic approach to client engagement, Nolan has helped expand Inflector’s client base in Toronto and strengthen long-term partnerships across the region.

Scott Cole - Chief Estimator, Atlantic Canada

Scott is the Chief Estimator of Atlantic Canada, with over 15 years of experience in the demolition and abatement industry and more than 11 years with Inflector. Since joining the company, Scott has progressed from labourer to supervisor before moving into estimating and project management. In 2018, he relocated to Halifax to support Inflector’s Atlantic operations, where he advanced into full-time estimating and ultimately his current role as Chief Estimator.

Today, Scott reviews estimates and submits bids for large and complex projects, collaborates with consultants and government entities to develop budgets and scopes, and supports Project Managers with planning and execution. He also plays a key role in building strong client relationships.

Scott has worked on numerous high-profile and technically complex projects, including Parliament Hill (West, Centre, and East Blocks and tunnels), Collins Bay Maximum Security Penitentiary, Glencore’s Belledune Smelting Plant, Postal B, Coast Guard vessels, Navy ships and submarines, and remote projects on Sable Island. His expertise includes hazardous materials abatement, concrete cutting and demolition, infection control, and developing scopes for complex work.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys travel, sports, concerts, and spending time outdoors.

Dustin Nichol - Chief Estimator, Western Canada

Overseeing estimating operations across Western Canada, Dustin brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on expertise in environmental services and remediation to Inflector’s estimating team. Joining Inflector in early 2023, Dustin began his journey supporting Ontario-based estimating before being promoted to Chief Estimator for Western Canada in 2024, reflecting both his impact and leadership within the organization. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Dustin leads complex bid strategies with a deep understanding of Inflector’s specialized services and execution capabilities.

Prior to Inflector, Dustin held senior estimator and project manager roles with Clean Water Works Inc. in Eastern Ontario, where he built extensive experience across hazardous waste disposal, tank and lagoon cleaning, contaminated soil removal, and trenchless infrastructure rehabilitation. As a lead estimator on tenders totaling approximately $200 million annually, Dustin is known for his knowledgeable, approachable, and relationship-driven style, fostering strong collaboration across teams.

Since joining Inflector, he has played a key role in securing major projects including CHC Bridgeland Apartments and Palliser One Conversion in Calgary, the Former Edmonton Remand Centre Phase 2, 1495 Heron Road in Ottawa, Cold Lake Hangar 7 Demolition, and Hillhurst Apartments. A graduate of Algonquin College with a Civil Engineering Technology (C.E.T.) designation, Dustin is a trusted leader and a valued contributor to Inflector’s continued growth across Western Canada.

Sidy Ndong - Estimator, Quebec

Sidy serves as Inflector’s primary estimator for Quebec tenders, bringing a well-rounded understanding of construction gained through both field and pre-construction experience. He began his career as a labourer, developing hands-on knowledge of day-to-day site operations before advancing into a Lead Hand role where he coordinated crews, managed daily activities, and ensured work was completed in alignment with project plans and schedules.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in management, Sidy transitioned into estimating as a Junior Estimator and later joined PCL Construction, where he gained valuable experience working within a large general contractor environment. There, he developed a strong understanding of subcontractor pricing, procurement processes, and overall project delivery from a GC perspective. He later returned to Inflector as an Estimator, bringing this expanded expertise to support accurate, practical, and competitive cost planning for complex projects.
With a strong focus on cost estimation, quantity take-offs, plan and specification review, and budget development, Sidy plays a key role in preparing competitive tenders across Quebec. His combined field background and estimating expertise allow him to approach projects with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, making him a valuable contributor to the Inflector team.

Jeffrey W. Clarke - CEO & Chairman

CEO & Chairman of Inflector Environmental Services, Jeff is responsible for developing high-level strategies, building strategic client relationships and leading the growth trajectory, nationally and beyond. Inflector has already seen exponential growth under Jeff’s leadership since 2014, emerging as one of Canada’s top environmental services provider and executing some of the largest-scale remediation projects in Canadian history. Inflector’s achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including being a winner of Canada’s Best Managed Companies program for three consecutive years since 2022 and receiving a Keystone Award for job creation in Ottawa. Jeff credits much of Inflector’s success to the drive and passion of its over 500 dedicated employees, instilled by the progressive culture Jeff has worked hard to evolve.  

Jeff’s passion for the industry and community spans far beyond Inflector. He is a 2024 Board Member of the Ottawa Construction Association, supporting the needs and interests of trade contractors within Ottawa. Additionally, Jeff is a consistent supporter of various health, science, and youth foundations and initiatives in his community. Among these is the Ottawa Hospital Foundation, where he served on the Board from 2017 to 2022.   

Jeff’s ability to lead, impact and inspire others is widely recognized by key stakeholders and organizations across the industry. Jeff’s impact received national recognition as he was honoured as one of 2020 Canada’s Top 40 Under 40® and honoured as 2016 recipient of Forty under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce.  

CHRISTIAN DOVER - President & COO

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Christian oversees operations across Canada, with a focus on strategic growth and delivering exceptional environmental services.

With decades of experience in the construction industry, Christian has led businesses that contribute to critical infrastructure development in both Canada and the United States. His expertise spans a wide range of projects, including industrial, commercial, institutional, and heavy civil construction. Prior to joining Inflector, Christian held senior leadership positions as Chief Operating Officer and President at Limen Group and as President and CEO of Green Infrastructure Partners, where he successfully integrated multiple divisions and achieved significant growth.

Christian’s leadership and vision will be instrumental in Inflector’s continued expansion, ensuring the company delivers safe and successful projects while maintaining strong relationships with its growing customer base.

Roy Booth - CFO

Roy is a seasoned financial executive with a proven track record in driving strategic growth and operational excellence within the construction industry. He has held multiple executive-level roles, including CFO, where he has led complex financial initiatives such as M&A, IPOs, Business Process Change Management and ERP implementations. With a deep understanding of the intricacies of the construction industry, Roy excels in optimizing financial performance, managing risk, and driving operational efficiency. His hands-on approach and ability to navigate complex situations, including periods of significant change and transformation, make him a valuable asset to Inflector.

XAVIER CIFUENTES - VP, Health & Safety

Xavier Cifuentes is a Ryerson University Alumnus, having obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety. Xavier has worked in a variety of construction sectors including Heavy Civil and ICI. He is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and currently leads Inflector Environmental Services’ safety initiatives as Vice President of Occupational Health and Safety. Xavier is a firm believer in continuous education and has completed additional post-graduate certificates in risk management, internal auditing, and building information modeling. His success in the field has largely relied on a people-centric approach to health and safety.

MICHAEL SIMMONS - National Director, Field Operations

Conducting the preparation and execution of field operations for the Ottawa, Kingston, and other regions across Canada, Mike is a demonstrated professional in the construction industry with 19+ years of experience. In addition to his work in field operations, he collaborates with GTA on large-scale projects. Commencing his professional journey as a field worker at 18, Mike ascended through the organizational ranks, exemplifying that success is attainable through unwavering dedication, industrious effort, and a positive attitude. Prior to his role with Inflector, Mike had a successful career as an operations manager, foreman and superintendent with a specialization in the demolition and abatement field.

Mike’s renowned abilities to build successful teams, strong relationships and successfully manage projects, with over 3,000 projects under his belt, makes him a valued member of the Inflector team. Overseeing high-value projects like the Western University Hospital in London, Chatham Kent General Hospital, Health Science North Hospital in Sudbury, Bank of Canada and GCC the Senate of Canada Building in Ottawa, Glencore Thayer Lindsley Mine, Marathon Pulp and Papermill, Iroquois Falls Pulp and Papermill and Glencore Smelter Acid Plant in Sudbury, Mike is an exemplary leader with Inflector.

MARC CHAUVIN - VP & Area Manager, Quebec

Marc Chauvin is the VP of Quebec and Special Projects for Inflector Environmental Services. Marc is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of Construction Project Management with a strong background in environmental services, specializing in hazardous materials, biohazards, and contaminated soil remediation. Marc has played a pivotal role in overseeing large scale projects and establishing best practices for high-risk decontamination operations across Canada.

Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Marc is committed to advancing Inflector’s mission to become the first call for challenging projects, with a focus on worker safety, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency. With a vision to expand Inflector’s footprint, particularly in Quebec, Marc is driven to make the region a key contributor to the company’s profitability while growing the Special Projects division into a self-sustained unit nationwide.

 

Marc is accredited with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a member of the Project Management Institute. 

DANIEL CHISHOLM - VP, Atlantic Canada

As the Vice President and Area Manager for the Inflector, Atlantic Canada division, Dan is responsible for operations, project management and talent acquisition as well as other aspects of the daily business life cycle.

Dan holds a Business of Commerce degree and a diploma in Construction Management which have facilitated his commitment to remaining current with the ever-evolving construction industry.

Dan has successfully executed construction projects with Canada’s largest general contractor in both field and management roles, working in industry sectors including hospitals, universities, sports stadiums, airports, manufacturing, utility companies and commercial spaces. Recent projects include asbestos abatement for Maritime Electric, Dartmouth General Hospital, Ward Shipman Library, Mount Allison Harper Hall and Province House Charlotte Town.

Dan offers solution-based leadership to the Inflector team through his positive attitude and deep knowledge of his field.

RICHARD MELOCHE - VP & Area Manager, New Brunswick

Richard is Inflector’s Vice President and Area Manager for New Brunswick, overseeing regional operations including project management, estimating, safety, and client relationships across Atlantic Canada. After three and a half years as a Project Manager in Inflector’s Halifax office, he stepped into this leadership role in October 2025 and continues to support project teams while helping expand Inflector’s presence in the region.

A graduate of Georgian College in Civil Engineering Technology, Richard has worked across Canada in Ontario, Alberta, and the East Coast, with more than eight years of experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, oil and gas, and environmental projects. His work includes major projects such as the North Park Armories, the Glencore Smelter Plant, NB Power Head Office, and the Dominion Public Building.

Known for his positive leadership style, Richard focuses on building strong teams and trusted client relationships, grounded in respect, fairness, and honesty.

DEVON KEATS - Regional Manager, Newfoundland & Labrador

Devon leads operations for Inflector Environmental Services in Newfoundland, supporting the company’s continued growth across the province. With an extensive background in property restoration and emergency response, he brings a deep understanding of the challenges involved in restoring buildings and infrastructure following floods, fires, and natural disasters.

Having worked across both field operations and project management throughout Atlantic Canada, Devon has developed strong expertise in disaster recovery, complex commercial losses, and infection control environments. His hands-on experience responding to emergency situations, combined with his leadership in managing large-scale restoration projects, allows him to guide teams through complex and time-sensitive work with precision and confidence.

At Inflector, Devon plays a key role in establishing and expanding the company’s presence in Newfoundland. His operational leadership, technical knowledge, and ability to navigate high-risk environments make him a major asset to the Inflector team and a trusted partner for clients requiring safe, efficient, and reliable environmental and restoration services.

Troy McCarney - Regional Manager, Western Canada

Since joining Inflector, Troy has been instrumental in the successful execution of several of the company’s most notable projects, including work associated with the Parliamentary Rehabilitation in Ottawa. His hands-on leadership style, combined with strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach, allows him to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams and navigate the challenges of large-scale, high-profile work. Troy’s commitment to excellence and team success has made him a highly trusted and respected leader within the organization.

Kyle McCarney - Regional Manager, Eastern Ontario

Serving as Regional Manager for Eastern Ontario at Inflector Environmental Services, Kyle brings over a decade of experience within the organization, supported by an Advanced Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology from George Brown College.

He began his career in a warehouse role and steadily progressed through field operations and estimating, building hands-on expertise across the business. Kyle later led operations as Regional Manager for Western Canada before returning to Ottawa to oversee Inflector’s Eastern Ontario region.

With experience spanning warehouse operations, fieldwork, estimating, and regional leadership, Kyle offers a well-rounded understanding of project delivery from start to finish. His expertise includes estimating, procurement, operations, business development, and cross-functional coordination.
Kyle has successfully delivered projects across Canada in sectors such as residential, industrial, healthcare, education, government, and cultural institutions. He is known for his practical approach, strong industry relationships, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and staying active outdoors, particularly golfing and snowboarding.

DAVID WALSH - Partner & Advisor

David’s expertise and knowledge in the construction industry comes from a career spanning over 30 years, overseeing more than 10,000 projects. He holds numerous certifications in hazardous materials handling and project management, with international experience running multimillion-dollar projects including the largest single asbestos abatement project awarded in Canada, the R.L. Hearn Thermal Generation Station in Toronto.

Deian Kutev - Director

As a Senior Member of Fengate Private Equity, Deian Kutev is predominantly responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing targeted investment opportunities within North America. Notable prior transactions include Ecotex Healthcare Linen Services, Cricket Energy, eStruxture Data Centers, York1, GraceMed, and Inflector Environmental Services. Mr. Kutev currently serves on the board of GraceMed and Inflector, and previously served as a board member of Ecotex.

Mr. Kutev joined Fengate in 2015 and helped establish the firm’s private equity business in 2016 alongside the current Group Head. Prior to joining Fengate, he held several investment banking roles at TD Securities in both Toronto and Vancouver where he focused on M&A, capital raising, and relationship management across a variety of industries. Prior to TD, Deian worked at GrowthWorks Capital.

Mr. Kutev is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of British Columbia.

GORDON CUDNEY - Director

Gordon Cudney has  lead Inflector’s mergers and acquisitions team over the past decade across Canada.

Prior to joining Inflector, Gordon was an equity partner at Gowling WLG specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, secured transactions and business succession planning.

Gordon has a BAH in Political History from Queen’s University, a Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa and his LLB from Dalhousie University.

In 2017, Gordon was honored with the Ottawa Business Journal and Ottawa Chamber of Commerce Forty Under 40 award for his outstanding dedication to his work and impactful contributions to the community. Serving as Past-Chair of the Board of the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health from 2018 to 2021, he received the prestigious Inspiration Award (the Foundation’s highest honour) in 2018 for his exemplary leadership and advocacy in mental health. Additionally, in 2004, Gordon demonstrated his commitment to philanthropy by playing and walking 12 rounds of golf in a single day, averaging 83.6 strokes per round and raising $60,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society in honour of his late mother, Sheila.

Jason Rosset - Director

As the newest board member, Jason will guide the company’s strategic direction and expanding its innovative approaches to environmental remediation. His extensive experience and expertise in advanced remediation technologies will support Inflector’s mission to deliver effective, long-term solutions for environmental challenges.

Jason is the CEO of a Family Office focused on private lending, venture capital, and private equity. He currently serves as the Chairman of Sluyter, a chemical and adhesive manufacturer, an advisor at Emergent Waste Solutions Inc., and a board member at Da-Lee Group. As the founder of Accuworx and Sure Horizon Environmental, now part of GFL, Jason has established himself as a leader in the environmental services industry.

Throughout his career, Jason has been recognized for his innovative approach to environmental contamination and remediation. His expertise in engineered solutions to eradicate contamination and protect public health has made significant impacts in the industry. He has collaborated with various public and private stakeholders on best practices and policy, pioneering new remedial technologies.
