Inflector is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will assist in implementing, maintaining, and reviewing payroll processes to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. You will identify any areas of improvements within payrolls and lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Payroll Administrators with their daily and weekly tasks
  • Collaborate with necessary departments to ensure all timecards are submitted, entered and processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure payroll is accurate and adheres to external/internal policies and audit requirements
  • Respond quickly to employee queries on payroll related matters
