Description:
This project required asbestos abatement throughout the entire building within a very tight, four month timeframe. Removal involved sandblasting over 200,000 sq ft of hazardous lead paint from ceilings and wall, type 3 removal of asbestos plaster off concrete block, ACM floor tile pipe insulation, toxic bird excrement removal, restoration of heritage windows to be reused and PCB removal from entire property.
